November is National Diabetes Month!
This month is all about raising awareness from signs of onset, the highs and lows, and the reality of living with type one diabetes in the United States.
This month we take time to celebrate how far diabetes management and education has come, but also to rally around the work that’s still needed!
Type One Kids is one!
March 4, 2024 we officially became a registered nonprofit with the state of North Carolina!!
In the past year we gained our 501(c)3 status, held a t1d meet up, met so many families touched by type one at Farmer’s Day, held our second annual Glucose Gala, and held our first Christmas event!
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us! Here’s to year two!!
